The Patient Participation Group plays an important role in the practice providing a voice for patients especially when the Practice is considering service provision. They also devise the patient surveys in order to gain as many views and opinions as possible. If you are interested in joining us the PPG would love to hear from you. We especially need representatives from the groups below: –
Are you?
- Between the ages of 17 – 40 years old?
- Or 85 years old and above?
- Pregnant?
- From a minority ethnic group?
Do you have any of the following conditions?
- Asthma?
- A weight problem?
- Depression?
- A learning disabillity?
The meetings are normally in one of the surgeries or the large open meetings are at a local village hall. There is disabled access for all events. If you would like to join or just attend one meeting to see what it is like please complete our Patient Participate Group Registration form.
